What we collect
When you send an admissions enquiry or a contact message we receive the details you type into the form — for example your name, phone number, email address, your child’s name and age, and your message.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you and, for admissions enquiries, to arrange a visit and take the process forward. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Our school office staff. Enquiries are delivered to the school by email through our email provider, which sends the confirmation message to you and the notification to us.
Visit statistics
We keep simple, anonymous visit records (for example which page was opened and which link or search brought a visitor here) so we can understand how families find the school. We do not use cookies for this and do not use third-party advertising or analytics services. Visitor network addresses are stored only in scrambled form.
Keeping and deleting your information
